Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Specialist to manage customer engagement, personalized marketing campaigns, customer retention and repeat purchases across our jewellery brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation.
- Create customer segments based on purchase history and preferences.
- Plan and execute personalized email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build automated customer journeys for birthdays, anniversaries and festive occasions.
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchases and showroom visits.




- Analyze campaign performance and improve marketing ROI.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio.
- Knowledge of CRM, customer segmentation and marketing automation.
- SQL and Data Extensions knowledge preferred.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Industry: Jewellery, Retail, Luxury Retail, Fashion or Lifestyle.
