Technical Architect -Salesforce & SAP Integration

Experience

12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design, and Digital Transformation programs with strong expertise in Salesforce and SAP ecosystems.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of a Salesforce-based B2B platform. The role will be responsible for defining scalable solution designs, governing technical decisions, driving Salesforce-SAP integrations, and ensuring successful delivery across global teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce, SAP, Azure, and enterprise applications.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design governance, and development standards.
- Design and oversee Salesforce-SAP integrations, APIs, and data synchronization frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Teams, Delivery Leads, and System Integrators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide development teams on complex technical challenges and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Drive architecture decisions focused on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Support release planning, deployment governance, and production readiness activities.




- Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

- Salesforce Architecture (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Enterprise Integration Architecture
- Must have Marketing Cloud and Agent force experience
- SAP Ecosystem Integration
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Azure Cloud Services
- CI/CD and DevOps Practices
- Data Modeling and Security Architecture
- Agile / SAFe Delivery Methodology

Preferred Experience

- Consumer Goods / FMCG industry
- Distributor Management, Secondary Sales, or B2B Commerce solutions
- Multi-country or global transformation programs
- Multi-vendor delivery environments

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Salesforce Architect Certification (preferred)
- TOGAF, Azure Architect, or SAP BTP certifications are an advantage
