Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Conduct induction, product training, EV-specific selling techniques, and periodic refresher sessions for sales consultants and team leaders.
- Coaching & On-the-Job (OJT) Support: Coach dealership teams on customer handling, objection handling, test drive conversions, and closing techniques.
- Product & Tech Enablement: Train teams on vehicle specifications, digital/GPS-enabled automotive tools (such as Tata FleetEdge for commercial vehicles), and finance & insurance (F&I;) products.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor training effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluation scores, and post-training sales conversion metrics.
- Administrative Management: Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and compliance reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with dealership management, regional sales managers, and HR/cluster training leads to bridge skill gaps.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:



Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive sales training or dealership capability building.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (certifications in training/coaching are a plus).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of automobile products, passenger vehicle segments, and EV features.
- Skills: Strong public speaking, facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Mobility & Language: Readiness for extensive travel across assigned dealership clusters, with proficiency in local languages alongside English and Hindi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
