KloudOne is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Trainee to join our growing team! ?

? Position: Sales Trainee – Inside Sales

? Qualification: Graduation (BBA/MBA preferred)

? Work Mode: Remote

⏳ Tenure: 6 Months with PPO

? Training Salary: ₹20,000/month

? After Confirmation: ₹25,000/month + Incentives + PF & other benefits

? Requirement: Personal laptop & Stable internet is mandatory

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant AuthNull solutions
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule product demos and meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/tools
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion




- Stay updated on the company’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape

? Skills We’re Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective customers
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of Inside Sales / B2B Sales is a plus
- Ability to handle objections and communicate value effectively
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven mindset
- Good research and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a sales career
