Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our automobile sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Guide sales executives in customer handling, vehicle presentations, and closing deals.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Coordinate with the sales manager and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements




- Experience in automobile sales or a related sales field.
- Previous experience in team handling or a leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
