? Key Details:

- Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Support
- Location: Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site / Full-Time)
- Experience: Open for All – Freshers to Experienced candidates (0 to 3+ Years)
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 / month (Based on profile, skills & capability)

? Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & IndiaMART Operations: Manage & filter incoming B2B inquiries on IndiaMART, identify high-potential leads, and maintain weekly tracking reports.
- New Client & Market Development: Proactively search for new buyers, explore new chemical applications, and target 5+ potential buyers weekly.
- Tech & AI Integration: Utilize basic AI tools (ChatGPT, AI research tools) & MS Excel to speed up daily work, customer research,



and lead tracking.
- Sample Management & Follow-ups: Screen genuine sample requests, coordinate dispatches, and perform systematic follow-ups through deal closure.
- Direct Mentorship: Work closely with the Sales Head & Managing Director to close deals and build long-term business partnerships.

? Candidate Profile & Key Skills:

- Learning Speed: Fast Learner who can capture products, processes, and market requirements quickly.
- Knowledge & Tools: Basic understanding of Sales , familiarity with IndiaMART , and basic awareness of AI tools & MS Excel .
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, BBA, MBA, B.Tech, or Any Graduate looking for a great career upgrade.
- Attitude: Proactive, tech-savvy, with good communication skills.
