1.ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the lubricants industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, promoting industrial and automotive lubricant products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of lubricants, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with industrial clients, dealers and distributors.

2.SALARY RANGE:

15000-25000(DEPENDS UPON THE EXPERIENCE)

- Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing,



automotive and engineering sectors.
2. Promote and sell industrial lubricants, automotive lubricants, greases, hydraulic oils, gear oils, compressor oils and other lubrication products.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients.
4. Conduct regular field visits to industries, factories, workshops and potential customer locations.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubricant products based on their applications.
6. Generate leads through market research, references, cold calling and direct customer visits.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
8. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on orders.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
10. Coordinate with the technical and service teams to resolve customer queries and provide product support.
11. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.
12. Prepare daily visit reports, sales pipeline reports and monthly sales performance reports.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Marketing will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in lubricants sales.
- Good understanding of industrial and automotive lubricants.
- Knowledge of hydraulic oil, gear oil, compressor oil, engine oil, grease and specialty lubricants.
- Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop new customers and generate business independently.
- Good market knowledge and customer-handling capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and reporting skills.
