KrushiSarthi is India’s first AI-powered agro agency management system. We help fertilizer, seed and pesticide dealers run their entire shop from one app, and we are replacing slow, manual billing software with something that feels modern.

The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to bring KrushiSarthi to agro dealers across India. You will connect with shop owners, show them what the product can do, and help them switch from old software or paper registers to KrushiSarthi. This is a fully remote role. You work from home, we give you the product, the pitch and the support to sell it.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to agro shop owners and agencies through calls, WhatsApp and video calls
- Run live online demos of KrushiSarthi on your laptop and screen-share with prospects
- Explain the product in easy language, in Marathi, Hindi or the dealer’s own language
- Understand each dealer’s pain points (billing time, udhari recovery, stock, GST) and match them to our features
- Follow up with leads, handle objections and close subscriptions.
- Share dealer feedback with our product team so we keep improving.
What We Are Looking For
- Comfortable with technology: you can learn a new app quickly, screen-share, use WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, and Excel or Google Sheets without help
- Strong communication skills and confidence on calls
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (more regional languages is a bonus)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
- Sales experience is a plus. Freshers with great communication and hunger to learn are welcome.
- Background in agriculture, agro inputs, or dealing with shopkeepers is a bonus
