Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our customer base and promote our toughened glass and other glass products. Candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting customers, generating orders and maintaining robust business relationships in their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new customers, dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, fabricators and interior designers.
- Promote the company's toughened glass and other glass products.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop business in the assigned district.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries and convert potential customers into orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Collect market information,



customer feedback and competitor pricing details.
- Coordinate with the office regarding quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular activity and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may apply.
- Experience in glass, aluminium, plywood, hardware, construction materials or building products is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer visits.
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined and capable of developing new business.

Salary ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
