We are seeking a Services-focused Sales Specialist to drive enterprise adoption of Day2Work, our AI-driven Day-2 Network Operations model. This role emphasizes consultative enterprise selling and operational outcomes rather than transactional product or manpower selling.

The Sales

Specialist will be responsible for initiating and driving enterprise sales conversations around Day-2 operational maturity, positioning AI-enabled NOC models against traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) models. The ideal candidate will engage with CIOs, IT Heads, and Infrastructure leaders to identify multi-site and distributed enterprise opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will build and manage the services sales pipeline, support RFP responses, commercial structuring, and multi-year managed services contracts.





Coordination of technical demos and workshops with delivery teams will also be a key responsibility. Candidates should have a proven background in Services Sales, Managed Services, or Infrastructure Sales, with hands-on experience selling NOC or Managed Services offerings. Exposure to enterprise networking environments, including Wireless, Switching, Firewall, and WAN, is essential.

A solid understanding of the ITIL framework and operational governance concepts is required. The role demands consultative and value-based enterprise selling capabilities, along with solid communication skills.
