Role Description The Sales Promoter role at Impex is a full-time, on-site position based in Kottayam.

The Sales

Promoter will actively engage with walk-in customers, present product features and benefits, and support them in making informed purchase decisions.

Responsibilities include promoting Impex products, demonstrating key functionalities, handling customer queries, and providing basic after-sales guidance.



The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels at the outlet, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

The Sales

Promoter will represent Impex’s brand values and ensure a positive customer experience at the point of sale.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Promotion skills, with the ability to meet targets and drive product visibility.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to engage diverse customers and build trust.
- Candidates should possess basic familiarity with Operating Systems and digital interfaces used in retail and product demonstrations.
- Prior experience in retail, consumer electronics, or home appliances promotion is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Kottayam, stand for extended periods, and manage a high-volume customer environment.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing training is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
