- Coordinate annual/long-term and monthly SEA sales planning by consolidating targets, inventory, production constraints and quota alignment into integrated plan

- Build and maintain KPI-driven planning, tracking order intake, consolidating RC reporting into a comparable format, and developing chance/risk scenarios

- Optimize SAC planning and reporting, ensure accurate actuals and monthly planning in Optimus, and maintain the DTAG non-financial reporting interface

- Build KPI scenarios based on the performance reviews

- Consolidate RC SEA reports into a comparable format across other RCs

- Optimize SAC planning and ensure actuals and planning in Optimus

- Maintain DTAG non-financial reporting interface

- RC SEA: Lead annual/long-term monthly planning and performance reviews with RC SEA resources and provide inputs to standardize reporting

- Forecast accuracy rate, Forecasting Cycle Time

- Report Resubmission Rate and Closing Cycle Time

- On-Time Planning Submission

- Production and Cross-regional OM1 : Share constraints, keep delivery status update and coordinate recovery actions
