Role Description The Sales Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Sitapur, responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with customers and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include visiting retail outlets and distributors, presenting product offerings, negotiating orders, and ensuring timely follow-up. The role involves generating new leads, maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends, and reporting performance to management.

Officer will also handle customer inquiries, resolve basic service issues, coordinate with internal teams for stock and deliveries, and support promotional activities in the assigned territory.

Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and effective Communication. Ability to prospect and expand the client base through Lead Generation activities.

Experience managing day-to-day Sales Operations, including order handling and reporting. Exposure to Channel Sales, working with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners. Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with minimal supervision in the field.

Basic understanding of the food/FMCG sector is preferred. Proficiency in maintaining records, using mobile or computer-based tools for reporting. Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Comfort with local travel within Sitapur and surrounding areas. .
