Axis Bank - Officer Sales Prospect (Liability Sales)

The Liability Sales team is responsible for acquiring new customers, sourcing CASA deposits, salary accounts, and driving retail banking business.

Role: Officer Sales

- Identify sales opportunities for Bank and third-party products by acquiring new customers and building relationships.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as per the assigned grade matrix.
- Record and track all customer engagement activities through the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI, and regulatory guidelines.
- Daily field visits, customer meetings, and local travel.
- Pure field sales role involving customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.
- Daily customer visits and local travel required.
- Mandatory: Valid Driving License & Two-Wheeler
- Good communication and sales skills required.
