Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Marketing Positions based in Jaipur. The role involves engaging with prospective home seekers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable property options through effective sales and marketing outreach. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting property consultations, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions.

Team members will support marketing campaigns, participate in customer-facing events, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.



The role also includes learning and applying company processes, sharing market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with home seekers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle lead pipelines, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to quickly learn product offerings, market positioning, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals in a real estate or related industry environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage, though motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
