Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily customer Purchase Order (PO) activities, ensure timely ERP updates, coordinate with respective teams, and consolidate daily reports for submission to the Head of Sales & Marketing and management.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to monitor customer schedules, Raw Material (RM) allocation, PO acknowledgements, safety stock, finished goods (FG), and urgent customer requirements.
- Monitor pending Master Card creation, PO updates, and customer sample requirements by coordinating with the Design & Development (D&D;) team to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Collect and review daily customer feedback, identify critical requirements, and coordinate with the respective departments to ensure prompt customer support and satisfaction.
- Handle customer quality rejections and complaints by coordinating with the Quality Department, conducting regular review meetings, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely corrective actions.




- Manage customer escalations related to quality, invoicing, dispatch delays, samples, and raw material issues by coordinating with the respective departments to ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate with the PPC and Logistics teams to prioritize urgent customer requirements and ensure timely production and dispatch of critical parts, including same-day dispatch wherever required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers through regular meetings, customer visits, effective communication, and professional networking.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events, and explore current markets for business growth.
- Monitor sales performance against defined KPIs and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and sustainable business growth.
