We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding

Location: Pune

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive business development, expand customer portfolios and strengthen our presence across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Import & Export Freight Forwarding Sales (LCL/FCL).
- Generate business across Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Identify and acquire new customers and develop business opportunities.
- Develop new trade lanes and expand the customer portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate freight rates and provide effective logistics solutions.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Documentation and Operations teams.
- Manage sales pipelines,



follow-ups and achieve business targets.

What We're Looking For:

- 5–10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Strong expertise in Import & Export (LCL/FCL).
- Good understanding of Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
- Strong business development, negotiation and client management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
