Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales officers and relationship managers to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sales sector, focusing on working capital, unsecured business loans, term loans, and other financial products.
