Zariyaa is looking for a Sales Manager to bring happiness into Bengaluru's workplaces — prospecting, pitching and closing Wellness Festivals, Self-Experiential sessions and the Employee Happiness Program (EAP) with HR and business leaders.

What you will do
- Prospect HR, L&D; and Admin leaders in Bengaluru corporates, tech parks and GCCs
- Run discovery calls and demos; book and attend client meetings with the senior team
- Send proposals, follow up and close Wellness Festivals, Self-Experiential sessions and EAP deals
- Work the inbound and LinkedIn leads shared by Marketing within 24 hours
- Meet weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, proposals) and a monthly revenue target
- Keep the CRM updated daily with every touchpoint
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years in inside sales, business development or account management selling to corporates
- Has booked meetings and closed small-to-mid deals on their own
- Background in corporate wellness / EAP, corporate events or gifting, HR-tech, or B2B services sold to HR and Admin teams
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email sequences
- Valuable English is non-negotiable — listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Hungry, energetic and consistent with daily outreach
- Coachable and ready to learn from the senior team
- Warm and genuine — people enjoy talking to you
- Punctual — shows up on time and updates the CRM regularly A bit on Zariyaa :)
