Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Dealership

HMSS Motors Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Post Sales Manager to join our team at Kottayam.

What you'll do:

- Manage after-sales service operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Lead and support the Service Team
- Monitor service performance and achieve targets
- Handle customer concerns and improve service experience

What we're looking for:

- Experience in automobile after-sales service preferred
- Previous experience in Service Management or a similar role
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage
