We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with a specific focus on Loan Against Property (LAP). As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales officers and relationship managers to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the LAP segment.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales officers and relationship managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to loan disbursement.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Loan Against Property products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
