HealtherSpace is an online wellness platform helping women worldwide with diastasis recti recovery, weight management programmes, diet plans and live workouts. Every enrolment is someone taking her first step towards a healthier, more confident life, and HealtherSpace is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the team that makes it happen.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Manage leads from ads, Instagram, WhatsApp and calls through to enrolment
- Guide meaningful conversations with empathy, warmth and clarity
- Work with marketing to improve conversions and share weekly CRM reports
What you bring
- 2+ years in sales,
including team leadership or mentoring
- A track record of meeting targets
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- A genuine understanding of the health journeys of the women HealtherSpace serves (wellness or subscription sales experience is a plus)
