Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to develop and manage a Health-focused Agency Network, recruit new insurance agents and drive business growth by achieving assigned sales targets for Retail Health Insurance Products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruit and empanel current insurance agents.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
3. Manage agent relationships and provide regular support.
4. Drive business through the Agency Channel.
5. Achieve assigned sales targets for Retail Health Insurance Products.
6.
Develop and strengthen the Health Insurance Agency Network.
7. Ensure proper servicing and engagement of empanelled agents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Age: 18 - 38
- Industry: General Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Securities or Banking
