- Maintain thorough knowledge of various mortgage products, housing loans, and loan against property to effectively advise clients.
- Ensure accurate processing of loan applications in adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
