? Location: Delhi NCR (HQ), with regular market travel

? Experience: 6-10 years in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in General Trade

? Employment type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales across the GT channel (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, kirana stores)
- Build and manage a network of sub-distributors and super stockists across Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, HP, J&K; and Bihar
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution in existing and new markets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Lead, train and monitor the sales team, including ASMs and field executives
- Ensure strong shelf visibility, merchandising and in-store availability
- Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends, and share regular insights
- Manage trade schemes, claims, and receivables with discipline
- Coordinate with supply chain and import teams for stock planning and timely availability
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts and market expansion plans

What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record in FMCG General Trade, ideally in food,



beverages or imported products
- Strong understanding of North India’s distribution ecosystem and trade dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and team-leadership skills
- Comfortable with data, Excel and sales reporting
- Self-starter who is hungry to build a brand and a market
- Graduate required; MBA preferred

Good to Have

- Experience with imported or fast-growing FMCG brands
- Existing relationships with distributors and wholesalers in the region
- Exposure to Contemporary Trade and e-commerce coordination
