We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth through direct sales and business associate networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking and customer engagement.
- Identify, recruit and develop new Individual Business Associates (IBAs) to expand the company's sales network.
- Build, manage and maintain solid relationships with existing Business Associates.
- Guide, motivate and support Business Associates to achieve their sales targets.
- Generate leads through personal networking, field activities and business associate referrals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop strategies to increase business associate productivity and overall sales performance.




- Maintain sales pipelines, performance reports and business associate records.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in direct sales, business development or field sales.
- Experience in building and managing sales teams, channel partners or business associate networks will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close business deals.
- Ability to generate business independently and through a sales network.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and comfortable with field visits and client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed CTC: ₹4–6 LPA, depending on experience and capabilities.
