We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, achieve business targets, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle important client meetings and negotiations.
- Train and guide team members to improve sales performance.
- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve business growth.




- Ensure proper lead follow-ups and client conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales strategies and business development.
- Ability to manage targets and handle work pressure.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
