Chaudhari Toyota is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across our Jalgaon, Dhule, and Nandurbar branches.

Base Location: Jalgaon

Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years

Industry Preference: Automobile Sales

*Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales teams across multiple locations

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets

Monitor branch-wise sales performance and drive revenue growth

Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction

Coach, motivate, and mentor sales executives for maximum productivity

Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

Plan and execute promotional activities to increase market penetration

Maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals





*Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in automobile sales management

Strong leadership and team handling capabilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Ability to manage multiple branches and drive operational excellence

Proficiency in sales planning, reporting, and performance analysis
