Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in day-to-day lead generation, prospect follow-up, and sales process execution. This part-time, on-site role in Chennai involves assisting with preparing sales materials, participating in sales calls or meetings as needed, and documenting interactions in the CRM or tracking tools. The intern will help with basic customer service inquiries, gather feedback from prospects, and support training activities by organizing resources and summaries.

The role also includes coordinating with senior sales staff to understand call flows,



objection handling, and follow-up sequences, while learning how structured sales systems are built and implemented.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support pipeline activities and learn structured sales processes.
- Candidates should possess an aptitude for Training-related tasks, including organizing materials and supporting team learning sessions.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort using basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and willingness to learn new sales tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, consulting, or business growth, with a proactive attitude and openness to feedback and coaching.
