- Chance: Business Development and Business Management, building a greenfield business vertical from scratch

Roles & responsibilities

- Identify potential corporate clients and generate leads

- Connect with HR, Admin and Procurement heads

- Pitch employee transportation solutions to corporate clients

- Negotiate commercial terms and onboard corporate accounts

- Develop pricing models, service proposals and SLA frameworks

- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention

- Find upsell opportunities within existing accounts

- Coordinate with the Operations team for on-ground service delivery

- Define the ETS operating playbook (routing, driver allocation, escalations, reporting)

- Monitor revenue,



margins and profitability

- Report to the CXO’s Office and leadership

Must have

- 2–8 years of B2B Business Development experience

- Background in fleet management, logistics, employee transportation or facility services (preferred)

- Proven record of independently acquiring and managing corporate clients

- Strong commercial skills: P&L; models, pricing structures, business cases

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders

Good to have

- Prior experience in an ETS company, cab aggregator or fleet-based B2B service company

- Network of HR, Admin and Procurement contacts in Bengaluru’s corporate ecosystem
