To know more about us, visit: www.vsnapu.com VsnapU is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager with a background in the hospitality industry to lead our sales team, which sells photography packages to clients of 5-star properties. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales performance, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector.

This role is focused on managing a team, driving sales, and fostering relationships with stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

Roles and responsibilities Execute on-ground B2C sales through a dedicated team. Achieve sales targets and drive overall business growth. Acquire B2B clients, build strong relationships, and expand the business network.

Conduct field visits, present services, and close both B2B & B2C sales deals. Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client experience.





Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Requirements Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in field sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, media and event management, etc.).At least 2 years of team handling or leadership experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
