We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Head, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships.
