Manley Furniture Studio is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and conversions.
- Develop sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Manage CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Drive revenue growth and team productivity.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, retail or lifestyle products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong business mindset.

Location: Palathara, Vellur, Payyanur Kannur, Kerala Position: Full time

Experience: 3–5 years in sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
