The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring investors and business owners, developing broker networks, and achieving commercial sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Lead sales of commercial shops and showroom spaces across assigned projects. Develop and execute commercial sales strategies. Identify and acquire investors, retailers, entrepreneurs and business owners.





Build robust relationships with commercial property brokers and channel partners. Understand market trends, rental potential, and investment opportunities. Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Lead, train and manage the commercial sales team. Handle high-value negotiations and important transactions. Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Accounts teams for smooth closures.
