Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in multiple locations like dausa,rajkot,gangapurcity,rai,kundli,gurugram.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining banking products and services, and driving acquisition of retail and MSME accounts. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, cross-selling appropriate products, and following up to ensure timely documentation and onboarding. The role involves achieving defined sales targets,



maintaining accurate records in bank systems, and adhering to all compliance and risk management guidelines.

The Sales

Executive will collaborate with branch staff and other teams to deliver excellent customer service and support YES BANK’s growth objectives in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals.
- Knowledge of retail and MSME banking products, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly to diverse customers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and local language.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to understand customer profiles, assess needs, and align solutions with bank policies.
- Comfort with using digital tools and banking systems for data entry, documentation, and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple customer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales or banking experience is an advantage.
- High standards of integrity, adherence to compliance and security protocols, and commitment to safeguarding customer information.
