Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Trivandrum.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demos, and present solutions that address client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up with prospects, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams,



and providing feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.

The Sales

Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Experience in relationship-building, account management, and customer follow-up.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office productivity software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective listening and questioning techniques.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Trivandrum and engage with clients in person as needed.
