Job Title: Sales Executive Suguna Retail Division

Location: Navi Mumbai / Thane

Reporting to: Sales Officer

Role Objective

Expand Suguna authorised retail network, grow sales at existing outlets, execute local marketing activities and build retailer and customer preference for Suguna Chicken.

Key Responsibilities

Retailer acquisition: Identify suitable chicken retailers, conduct market visits, explain the business model and commercial terms, and convert interested prospects.

Store onboarding: Collect required documents, coordinate agreements and applicable payments, and follow up on customer-code creation, branding and rst supply.

Sales growth: Review outlet-wise sales, identify reasons for declining purchases and take action to improve volumes and retailer retention.

Market coverage: Follow the assigned beat plan, conduct new visits and revisits, and maintain regular contact with onboarded retailers.

Collections: Follow up on payments within approved credit terms and escalate overdue balances or repeated defaults and will be responsible for 100% cash/cheque collection.

Marketing execution: Plan and execute store-opening promotions, pamphlet distribution, tasting activities, lucky dips and apartment/RWA activations in coordination with the marketing team. Maintain

Retailer service: Coordinate with delivery and support teams to resolve supply, quality, billing and service complaints.

Store compliance:



Check branding, hygiene and exclusive Suguna sourcing during visits; report deviations and follow up on corrective actions.

Reporting: Maintain accurate visit, lead, onboarding, sales and marketing records, and participate in weekly reviews. Maintain strict adherence to the sales policy and standard operating procedures

Candidate Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualifcation.

Preferably 1 to years of sales experience in poultry, FMCG, food distribution or retail.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Willingness to travel daily and conduct store-level promotions and customer interactions.

Should be Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in a timeframe

Key Skills

Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Ability to communicate in Marathi and Hindi; basic working knowledge of English.

Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp and mobile reporting tools.
