Working hours 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Handle customer enquiries and telephone sales for the company / products, with responsibility for lead follow-up, order conversion and customer coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries and outbound sales calls; understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. - Follow up with leads received through calls, WhatsApp, the website and online business platforms. - Share approved product details and quotations; maintain regular follow-up to convert enquiries into orders. - Record leads, customer conversations, quotations and follow-up status in the CRM or company tracker. - Coordinate order confirmations, payment follow-ups and dispatch updates with internal teams. - Work towards assigned sales targets and submit activity reports; escalate technical queries and customer issues to the relevant team.

Candidate requirements





- Freshers may apply; experienced candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant sales or telecalling experience. - Experienced applicants should have handled both inbound and outbound calling.

Freshers must be willing to learn both. - Valuable Hindi and English communication, confident telephone etiquette, customer handling and basic Excel/computer skills. Graduation preferred. Employment terms and conditions - Full-time, office-based role.
