About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join a growing interior design business. The role involves managing prospective customers, understanding their home interior requirements, coordinating with the design team, and converting inquiries into confirmed projects.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers and understand their home interior requirements.
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated through various channels.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and design consultations.
- Coordinate with the design team to present suitable interior solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist in presenting proposals, quotations, and project solutions.
- Drive lead conversions and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Update lead details, customer interactions,



and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in interior design, home interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, real estate, or home décor will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
