Fresher – Solar Sales Executive

Job Overview

Soltrix Energy Solar is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Sales Team as Solar Sales Executives.

Candidates do not need prior experience in the solar industry. Complete product knowledge and sales training will be provided by the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers interested in solar power solutions.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, phone calls and customer references.
- Explain solar products, installation processes and their benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers with any degree or diploma can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing and renewable energy.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Positive attitude and confidence in approaching customers.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.




- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Training Provided by Company
- Complete solar product and system knowledge.
- On-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar system training.
- Solar panel and inverter product knowledge.
- Solar project pricing and quotation preparation.
- Customer handling and sales techniques.
- Lead generation and follow-up methods.
- Practical field training and site visit guidance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
