JOB DETAILS

Designation: Sales Executive

Department: Retail Sales

Location: Bhilai

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 in-hand per month (plus incentives)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays off)

Interview Mode: Face-to-face

Qualification: Graduation

Language: Hindi, English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet customers, respond to their queries, and engage them with the merchandise to deliver outstanding customer service and maximize sales revenue.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Participate in all promotions and offers launched by the company from time to time and introduce them to customers.
- Cross-sell and upsell to increase the value of every sale.
- Provide customers with complete product information on frames, glasses, prescription glasses, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, lenses, accessories, and all other products introduced by the company.
- Convert walk-in customers into sales with a confident, customer-focused approach.
- Create new business from existing customers and generate new customers.
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
- Support all store growth activities as required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Premium or luxury retail brand experience is preferred.




- Smart, confident, and presentable, with positive communication skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Target-driven, with a customer-first attitude.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Sundays off).
