Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive dealer and distributor sales, expand market presence, and manage territory operations across Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales through dealers and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing dealer network
- Drive market development and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

Requirements





- 2–8 years of experience in channel/dealer sales, preferably in the Lighting, LED, or Electrical industry
- Existing dealer/distributor relationships in Tiruchirappalli preferred
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel across Tiruchirappalli territory
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
