We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Life Insurance to join our dynamic team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the BFSI sector, and will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in life insurance sales.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the bancassurance team to leverage partnerships for increased sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge,



and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in life insurance sales or related fields within the BFSI sector.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of CASA sales and bancassurance practices is a plus.
