Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the life insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with potential clients.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, or broking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
