Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at HHI Bhubaneswar.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and travel partners, and promote hotel services and packages to prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and visits, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating rates and contracts in line with hotel guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with the front office, reservations,



and marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and accurate fulfillment of sales commitments.

The Sales

Executive will track sales performance, maintain client records, and provide regular reports and feedback to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into repeat business.
- Customer relationship management skills, including maintaining client databases and following up on inquiries.
- Basic marketing and promotional skills to support hotel campaigns and package offers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or travel industry sales is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with using office software and hotel reservation or CRM systems.
