ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Tele Calling Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers through calls, understand their needs, introduce relevant products or services, build robust customer relationships, resolve queries and guide customers throughout the sales journey. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking options.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria and application procedures.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and follow-up activities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Active listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer records.

added advantage. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
