Sales Executive ( Program Advisor ) ForthCampus

ForthCampus helps students and working professionals build careers through industry-focused training and placement support. We are hiring Sales Executives to speak with interested candidates, guide them to the right program, and help them take the next step in their careers.

Role & responsibilities

- Call and follow up with student and parent enquiries every day.
- Understand each candidates background and career goals.
- Explain ForthCampus programs, fees, and benefits clearly and honestly.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and meet monthly targets.
- Keep every lead, call, and follow-up updated in our CRM.
- Help candidates with documents and onboarding after they enrol.
- Work with the team to improve conversion and candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate.



0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or counselling. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Fluent in English plus Kannada, Hindi, Marathi or Telugu.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone calls.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work from the office.
