Position Summary The Sales Executive - Banking and Finance will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of banking and financial products. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer relationships and meeting the financial needs of clients in Haldia.

Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for credit cards, mutual funds, loans, broking services, insurance products, and other banking solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their financial needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for financial products tailored to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and improve product offerings.




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Eligibility and Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking or finance sales is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of various financial products including credit cards, mutual funds, loans, broking services, and insurance. Key Competencies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
