JD: Sales Engineer – Channel Sales

Position: Sales Engineer – Channel Business

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Bangalore

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business growth through channel partners, distributors, and system integrators. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing channel relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying current business opportunities, and providing technical-commercial support to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a network of channel partners, distributors, dealers, and system integrators.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Identify and appoint new channel partners in assigned territories.

Generate demand through channel partners and support them in closing business opportunities.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.

Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants,



OEMs, and channel partners.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Maintain sales forecasts, CRM updates, and business reports.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Channel Sales and Distribution Management./ Experience in handling Dealers, Distributors, and System Integrators. / Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to generate business through partner networks. /Understanding of industrial Automation Product

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Industry Experience

Electrical & Electronics/Industrial Automation/Energy Management Solutions

Power Quality Products/Educational Qualification
