Role Description This is a full time Sales Employee role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Sales

Employee will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote Aestrava Studios services to prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings; preparing proposals and presentations; and following up on leads to close sales.



The role involves coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, smooth project handovers, and timely delivery.

The Sales

Employee will also track sales performance, update CRM or sales records, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine offerings.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Sales, negotiation, and basic account management abilities, including experience in lead generation and closing deals. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

Comfort with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software, and online meeting platforms. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Interest in or exposure to design, creative services, or marketing agencies is an advantage.

Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing client and market needs. Professional, inclusive mindset with a focus on ethical conduct and equitable treatment of colleagues and clients. .
